Full Planting Design Service
Upon contacting me I will arrange to visit you briefly, this is a free visit for us to meet and for me to see your garden. I then send you a quote for designing a planting scheme. Happy with the quote I come back for a full detailed consultation to help me understand what you are looking for. I then produce an outline plan which shows the shape of the borders and possible locations of key plants only. Also at this meeting I show you a selection of plants that I think fulfil your wishes. Agreeing these plants and the outline plan I go away to complete the final planting plan showing the arrangement of plants in their borders. I also provide brief maintenance notes and a sheet of small photos to help communicate the plan. Costs start from £480 for small schemes.
Garden Coaching
Informal meetings in your garden to discuss how you could improve your planting. A short report follows the meeting allowing you to get on and start the project yourself. Coaching can be one off sessions or on an on-going basis. Initial session plus report costs £100.
Planting Design Review Service
A planting scheme is not like any other artistic creation. It is made up of living things. So after the last plant has been planted nature has a big role to play. In order to insure that things are going according to plan I like to review each scheme over time. It is up to you if you take up this offer. I charge an hourly rate including travel expenses for these visits. I suggest setting up these meetings at the end of planting. I review the planting scheme, assess if any adjustments need to be made and write up a short report.
